Count The Ways

Six plus hours in the swimming pool yesterday left me incredibly red (I used sunscreen, but I guess I didn’t re-apply it frequently enough?) and incredibly exhausted.  Despite a several hour nap yesterday evening, I still didn’t crawl out of bed until almost 11 this morning!  Thank heavens for lazy summer days and a husband (and kids!) who lets me sleep in!

Despite my exhaustion today, I know I made some wonderful memories with my boys yesterday.  And in a world as fast paced and crazy as ours is, those moments we spend slowing down and just enjoying those around us and remembering what makes us love them so are so very important!
