If there’s one thing I love about summer, it’s growing fresh goodies in the garden (a quick peek at the garden photos on my Facebook page is proof of that…tomatoes, cucumbers, squash and zucchini, peppers and eggplant, beans and onions – we’re overflowing in summer vegetables around here)!
One thing I can’t seem to grow, but love all the same, are summer berries. Blackberries and blueberries, raspberries and strawberries…I can almost taste the fresh jams and cheesecake toppings (because that’s the best way to use fresh berries, right?! lol)
