Monday morning, we meet again.  Despite our ice days on Thursday and Friday, and a ridiculously slow weekend, Monday seemed to appear far sooner than I was prepared for.  I’ve got fun plans for this morning, though.  Because the school my sons go to missed the last half of last week, they missed finishing up their Dr. Seuss week.  So, this morning, The Cat in the Hat will be making a quick stop to help say goodbye to Read Across America week, and I get to represent Thing 1 as we escort him around so that he gets a chance to see everyone.

Sneak Peek & a Chance to Win!

February 25th already?! I know they say time flies when you’re having fun…and boy they’re right!  Seems like just yesterday we were opening Christmas presents under the decorated tree, and with a blink of an eye, it’s two months later and time is not slowing down.

The boys are enjoying a day off from school for snow today.  Which,is a bit ironic, since there IS no snow outside, just a forecast for some…but in Alabama (and most of the rest of the south) a little snow means BIG troubles, so we’re having a lazy day at home as a family enjoying a big breakfast and lots of shows on Netflix.
