How is it already March 1st?!
It’s been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster around here. Wonderful things happening for me design wise: so many plans in motion for amazing products to share, which leaves me excited and gives me such a boost of hope and energy! But also, the closing of a 10 year long chapter with the closing of my GingerScraps store yesterday. It’s sad, but sometimes the greatest adventures take the biggest leaps of faith. And I am leaping all over the place — design wise, mentally, emotionally.

The day to celebrate love and romance is almost upon us, and visions of pink and red are floating in the air.
I have a fabulous new collab with the ever talented, super sweet Chere Kaye Designs, a pun-inspired bundle created with the assistance of my 16 year old, two new ad calls AND a couple of freebies to thank you for making it all the way to the bottom! Now, I’ll be honest…when we were picking colors for this, I lovingly referred to our chosen set as “Pink Vomit”. Little did I know that by the time we were done, it would easily be one of my favorite collab projects ever! Not sure about where you’re currently at, but where I am? It’s cold. Much colder than we’re used to, at least. And, we’ve already had 2 days with snowfall this year (it only accumulated once and didn’t stick around for long — but the 5-6 inches we got that day was a very good snowfall for our area!)
Snow and wintery mix weather has been the conversation of weather forecasts for every week so far this year…and I LOVE it! They’ve started talking about another possibility late next week/weekend. That just so happens to line up perfectly with my birthday, and I won’t lie, it would be a BEAUTIFUL birthday present for me 😉
Snowmen, lots of chilly fun with my family. Can’t think of a better way to spend the day…so keep your fingers crossed for me!
