Good morning!

Journaling is always something that I struggle with, I’m certain I’ve mentioned that before, if not, well now you know. When I saw this layout page in Blue Heart Scraps Gallery I felt sincerely compelled to read it. When I see a lot of journaling, I often wonder immediately (before I read it) how much of a person’s heart and soul is put into their words. This page caught my attention because of the simple design- not distracting from the memory of the moment being captured, from the private, personal thoughts being shared.

“missing you…” by Tina (Ambelleina)

Tina used Blue Heart Scraps New Beginning kit. It has such a soft and almost neutral feel to it.

Do you journal your layouts? Or do you just create title art? Looking for a little inspiration? Take some time to write a letter to a loved one, whether they are still with us on Earth or are a loving, cherished memory. What is scrapping but a way to capture, save and share those memories? 🙂 You’d be surprised what flows from the heart once you start.

Happy journaling! And happy scrapping my friends!

-April-

This LO is so beautiful! Read the Journaling too, so sad. Journaling is very new to me but a wonderful way to give more options in making LO’s. A great way to give expression when photo’s just aren’t enough sometimes.

Aww, thank you for spotlighting my layout, April. I knew who I was going to write to, what to say and the kit was perfect. New Beginning is definitely one of my kits. 🙂
