Tuesday Treats Freebie!

To say the past few weeks have been crazy would be putting things mildly.  Between the stress and craziness of the end of the semester, exams, sickness that made its way through the whole family, and other personal issues, I feel like I’ve barely been treading water for far too long.  Luckily, I took my final exam this morning, so I’ve got a break for about 4 weeks.  I came at the perfect time, too…because I am exhausted! LoL!

I do have a new freebie for you today, though.  The weather here has taken a chilly turn.  Highs last week were in the 70s, and now they’re in the 40s.  That makes today’s freebie that much more appropriate! 🙂 This adorable Facebook Timeline cover, created using my paper and element portions of the December Buffet at GingerScraps, is sure to give a gorgeous wintery feel to your Facebook page! 🙂

Snowball Fight, $1 Bake Sale & a freebie!

It feels a bit strange to post about snow themed goodies this morning, since our high for the day is set to be around 70…but everything’s so incredibly adorable that I can just pretend to be snuggled under the covers with a cool chill in the air, right? 🙂

It’s December 1st (I know, it’s crazy how fast the year is going!) and that means a new GingerScraps Buffet…and with it, tons of GORGEOUS new goodies!  This month’s theme is snowy, winter weather, and I am so incredibly excited to bring you 7 gorgeous new packs which are just begging for your snowy pictures! 🙂

Are you in love with it all as much as I am?!  🙂  There’s an element pack, a plain paper pack, a patterned paper pack, fun clusters, beautiful border clusters, an adorable little brag book qp set and 5 lovely stacked papers!  Don’t forget to check out the rest of the December Snowball Fight Buffet while you’re at it –  lots of other GingerScraps designers have gorgeous coordinating packs that you don’t want to miss! 🙂

The first of the month doesn’t just bring a new Buffet, though.  It also brings a new $1 Bake Sale – and this month, I’ve loaded 8 packs to bring you tons of great savings!

There’s my Funky Christmas Element Pack and Funky Christmas Paper Pack, perfect for fun holiday scrapping.  And, because I figure there’s probably several people working hard to finish fun holiday scrapbook presents, I added 8 template packs to the bake sale to try and make your year-end scrapping just a little bit easier! 🙂  There’s Across the Line, Building Blocks Vol 1 and Building Blocks Vol 2, My Cake Day Templates, Reading Room Templates and What’s Your Angle Template Pack.

I have layouts from both my talented CT and the ladies at GingerScraps using my Snowball Fight Buffet goodies:

and, last but certainly not least, a freebie!  Created using my Snowball Fight Buffet goodies:

Tuesday Treats Freebie!

Yes, I know it’s actually Wednesday, but yesterday got away from me.  And, besides, I figured a freebie is good ANY day, right?  🙂

Today’s freebie was created by Crystal using my latest collaboration kit with Luv Ewe Designs, Building Hope.  I have to admit, the colors we used were a bit out of the ordinary for me…but I LOVE how it turned out!  It’s so uplifting and full of hope and happiness and promise.  And, couldn’t we all use a little more of that in our lives?

And if you haven’t picked up the full collab kit yet, I highly recommend it.  Just look how pretty it is! 🙂

Black Friday Sales & New Releases!

Happy Start of the Christmas Holiday (at least around here!) – the hubby and I enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving with my mom, the boys and a few other family members.  Then we headed out last night to spend tons of money, and boy did we succeed! 🙂  We’re not done, yet (because we showed our age and just abandoned a few of the stores with crazy, insane waiting lines, lol), but we have two little boys who should be quite happy on Christmas morning! 🙂

I have a new release this morning, but before we get to that, let’s talk about sales!

Not only do I have a 50% off sale on ALL items in my GingerScraps store, but there’s also the GingerScraps Coffee Shop that’s already loaded with tons of gorgeous products! 🙂

I currently have these 5 products loaded into the coffee shop (all for $1 each!!!), but that may change throughout the weekend, so be sure to keep checking back! 🙂

There’s also great deals to be had at BrownieScraps!

And last but not least, today’s new release.  Ho! Ho! Ho! and Merry Christmas! It’s that time of year! Deck your halls, trim the tree, send your letter to Jolly old St. Nick. Merry and bright, all things naughty and nice! Spread the cheer to all those near with Holiday Joy!

Tuesday Treats Freebies!

I’ve been a bit lax lately in posting like I should.  My semester of college is quickly coming to an end, which means my professors are cramming as much as they can into the last few weeks, and my duties and responsibilities (group projects, study sessions, presentations, etc) are on overload!  But this week is all about thankfulness here in the US, with our Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday.  So, I figured, what better week to try and play a bit of catch up, and show my appreciation for all of you (customers, fans, blog readers and all) than to treat you with not one, not two, but THREE new freebies!

First up are two fun freebies from my Sew Much Love mini kit

And, last but not least, a journal cluster freebie from my Happy Fall Y’all kit

I’ll be back tomorrow with a sneak peek of Friday’s new goodies (and a chance to win a copy for free!).  Enjoy the goodies! 🙂

New Releases & Freebie!

Brrr!  Good Chilly Morning to you (or it sure is chilly here!)  It’s hard to believe another week has come and gone.  Things are super busy around here, beginning the never-ending preparations for the upcoming holidays, the forceful push of the end of this college semester, trying to get projects finished and starting the wearisome task of studying for exams, spending a good bit of time at my son’s school volunteering for this or that, and trying to find a little design time in the end is exhausting!  But, I managed this week, and have some exciting new releases (that I am just positively in LOVE with, so you should be, too!)  🙂

First up is a few fun double-page template sets at my guest store at Brownie Scraps. If you’re a fan of double-page templates, these are sure to be on your Wish list! (Note, these were included in the Double Up Bundle for DSD weekend):

Doubled Up Vol. 1                Doubled Up Vol. 2                Doubled Up Vol. 3

Next up at Brownie Scraps this week is Birthday Calendar.  Make forgetting birthdays and anniversaries a thing of the past with this fun, perpetual calendar set!  Personalize each monthly template section, print, and keep all important dates at the tip of your fingers!

At GingerScraps this week, I have another gorgeous collaboration kit with Jennifer of Luv Ewe Designs.  Don’t let the struggles of life hold you down. Times get tough and strengths are tested, but the power of hope is often underestimated.  Our newest collab, Building Hope, is filled with beautifully serene colors, and if the CT layouts created by incredibly talented CT team are any indications, it’s bound to give you tons of gorgeous scrapping!

Layout Spotlight

Happy Thursday everyone!

I know, it’s been a while, I’ve been out sick (still am) for over a week, and just didn’t have it in me. Here I am! Still on the mend but back again to share with you some lovely layouts that should inspired you!

I saw this page by Em (emscraps) and LOVED the big family photo!

I also love her cluster work and layers under the photos. Totally diggin’ the use of stitching to tie it all together too. Great page, Em! Make sure to pop on over and leave some love for Em on her lovely layout.

Em used Your Story Begins by Blue Heart Scraps.

This kit is superb, with a little bit of everything you can create so many different layouts with it!

Make sure to upload all of your beautiful stories told with Blue Heart Scraps’ products into her gallery. We LOVE seeing what you create and we love sharing your lovely pages. 🙂

Have a wonderful day and happy scrapping!

-April

New Release Overload!

I’m no where close to being on top of my game this week.  I’m on day 5 of a migraine and seriously beginning to question how much sanity I have left (and trust me, I didn’t start the week out with much, lol).  However, it is Friday, and that means new releases, and I’ve got a LOT of goodies for you!! 🙂

Did you know I was guesting at BrownieScraps this month?  Well, I am, and I am SO incredibly excited about it!  BrownieScraps is full of some incredibly sweet, incredibly talented ladies…but even better?  It’s FULL of gorgeous, layout-inspiring templates!  BrownieScraps is the only Template-Only store I know of, but they’re certainly rocking it!! 🙂

I have 6 new releases for you at BrownieScraps this week.  The first 3 are part of the DSD template bundle I had available last week.  If you didn’t take advantage of that bundle, then be sure you don’t miss out on these gorgeous template packs!

Plus, I have 3 brand new packs this week!

Need a new kit to use those gorgeous templates with?  How about this week’s new mini kit, Sew Much Love?  Whether you’re a whiz with a needle and thread or just attempting your first handmade goodie this holiday season, the Sew Much Love mini kit will do the trick!
