Tuesday Treats Freebie!

Such a chilly, wet, rainy start to the morning.  And, unfortunately, that’s what the weatherman is calling for throughout the rest of the day.  🙁  I’d love to crawl back in bed, wrap myself up under the covers, and enjoy an all day nap.  BUT, I have school this morning (boo! I don’t know about you, but I am SO glad last week is over with, lol.

Layout Spotlight: Bundled Goodness!

It’s Thursday! Which FEELS like it should be Friday, at least to me. Last night I kept thinking, oh yeah, tomorrow is Friday – except it’s not.

So, happy layout spotlight day! We’re going to do something a little bit different today though, but still equally exciting! Layout Spotlight: capture the moment!

I admit it, the fact that it’s Thursday did not register for me until just now. Sure it’s still early enough in the morning but I hate when that happens. I blame the recent extended holiday weekend (for us U S of A-er’s).

Well, here I am! With a lovely layout to share with you! A newer member of Blue Heart Scraps lovely Creative Team: Christina (Tinkay2 in the forum(s)) created this page and it jumped right out at me so I had to share it!

I love that everything is centered on the page, it really draws the eye in (well, it does mine!).  Her little clusters and layering behind the photos is awesome. I also love mixing alpha’s with fonts for a title. Super great page!

Tuesday Treats Freebie!

Hey!  Guess what?  Today’s Tuesday!  (to which you’re probably thinking ‘yeah, so?’)  Want to know when I actually realized it was Tuesday?  About 2 hours ago.  *sigh*  I hate when I lose track of the days.  I mean, I’m sure in my head, I knew it had to be Tuesday.  After all, I was sitting in my Tuesday classes and preparing for Tuesday’s flag football practice.  But, having it actually sink in?  That took a bit longer, lol (maybe it was all the wonderful fun I had this weekend?)

Either way, I hope you had a fantastic Labor Day weekend (if you happen to be in a part of the world that celebrated that yesterday).  We had a low-key holiday here, but did manage to take the boys to see ParaNorman in 3D yesterday.  And, really?  I’m not sure what’s funnier, the comedy bits of the movie, or watching the boys wear their 3D glasses! 🙂
